Progress Associés is delighted to support Kodiko, an organisation implementing a co-training programme for people with refugee status seeking employment.

Refugees are supported by volunteer employees in firms. The programme is based on individual and collective support lasting six months to move them forward in their search for employment, explaining socio-professional codes, and sharing contacts, job-seeking tips, revising CVs, helping to put together a professional project etc.

Major French and international firms participate in the programme.
