Jean-Marc Danton has been the CEO of Progress Associés since 2017.

CONSUMER & RETAIL PRACTICE

He first joined the firm in 2003 to steer the development of the Consumer & Retail Practice covering industries including retail, fashion, beauty and luxury, mass consumption goods and leisure.

Jean-Marc Danton has in-depth experience in hiring and assessing managerial teams as well as seeking out independent executives.
He also spent four years working as Global Practice Leader for Consumer & Retail for the IIC Partners network of which Progress is a member.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Jean-Marc Danton first started out working in the Audit Division of Arthur Andersen (now EY). Later, he co-founded the Executive Search firm Singer, Danton & Hamilton, heading up the Consumer and Technology divisions.

Education

Jean-Marc Danton is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
