Catherine Rambourdin has been a consultant and a professional coach at Progress Associés since 2005. She is a Partner and Head of the Executive Coaching activity of the firm.
She is also involved in management assessment assignments, as well as management audits.
She intervenes with leaders across all functions, and in all industries.
Previous Experience
Catherine Rambourdin began her career as an executive search firm consultant before joining and industrial company to oversee recruitment responsibilities. She then joined Andersen Business Consulting to lead the recruitment and international mobility department.
