Vanessa Dalas is Partner and Head of the Insurance Practice.
She specializes in the recruitment of executives and talents for the insurance industry. Vanessa Dalas has been working for Progress Associés since 2008.
Vanessa Dalas is a member of IIC Partners’ Financial Services Practice. As of 2020, she is also part of the IIC Partners Board of Directors.
She began her career as a Business Lawyer at RTE (Réseau de Transport d’Electricité) providing legal services in all areas of business and contract law in a context of electricity market opening. She then joined the Executive Search firm Singer & Hamilton where she was Head of Research in the insurance industry for four years.
Vanessa Dalas is a graduate of EDHEC Business School. Additionally, she has a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris XII University.
