Philippe Pauze began his career in 1974, at Comptoirs Modernes, where he was Director of the Supermarket division, then President of subsidiaries and finally Group General Manager. In 1999, he joined Carrefour as Executive Director of Champion France supermarkets, and then as worldwide Director of the supermarkets and a member of the Executive Board (2002). In 2005 he worked as Managing Director of Panavi Group.
From 2009 to 2015, he served as President of Picard Surgelés. In early 2016, Philippe Pauze created his own company, PCP Conseils. He is also Chairman of Perifem.
